The X-FLOOR Modular Flooring System offers military-grade ground protection, designed for rapid deployment with a snap-lock system. These hexagonal modules are made from high-grade plastic materials, including polypropylene and polyethylene, and feature a reinforced structure for durability. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor tactical deployments and perform reliably in extreme weather conditions, from −30∘C to +60∘C.
Dimensions: Each module has a thickness of 20 and an area of approximately 0.2 m2.
Weight: Each module weighs 1.9 kg.
Load Capacity: X-FLOOR systems have a load capacity of up to 5 tons/m2.
Fire Resistance: The product is classified as flame retardant and has a fire classification of Efl in terms of reaction to fire and also contains a fire retardant agent at 3% by weight.
Hygienic Certificate: The UL 5000 surfacing board meets hygienic requirements without reservations.
Anti-slip Performance: X-FLOOR is certified for anti-slip performance
Versatility: Ideal for stabilizing unstable surfaces like mud, sand, grass, or turf, and compatible with shelters, tents, or heavy equipment.
Ease of Use: Modules are easy to trim using a technical groove and offer edge finish options.
Composition: The boards are made of polypropylene, polyethylene, chalk, and colloidal silica.
